The Partners
Gerald Issenman
President
Educated in Commerce, Economics and Industrial Relations at McGill University, Gerald has gained insight into the practical aspects of the business with experience in property management and real estate development. Fifteen years of hands-on involvement in the renovation of commercial, industrial and residential property has given Gerald a practical knowledge of the field.
While presiding over the growth of CSLBC, Gerald has participated directly in the construction of more than 6,000 homes and condominium units, as well as in numerous commercial and office space developments. He has been very successful in building both the credibility and the value of the company. Having deep roots within the Montreal business community, Gerald has established a valuable network of partners and associates which sustains the development and operations of CSLBC.
David Sigler, Eng.
Founding Partner
One of the founders of CSLBC, David Sigler is a structural engineer. David acquired vast experience in land management, planning, and overseeing the development of important projects in both Canada and the United States. David’s technical knowledge spans several decades and has earned him Domus Awards, Quebec’s most prestigious honor in the field of renovation and construction. A builder at heart, David oversees personally some of CSLBC’s most innovative projects with passion and dedication.
Judy Sigler-Steinmetz, C.A.
Vice-President, Finance
A chartered accountant specializing in complex tax issues, Judy implements and reviews financial budgets and projections, as well as plans and reports on all tax issues involved in the operations of the group. Through her work with a major accounting firm, Judy has acquired, the experience and vision essential in managing the day-to-day operations of the CSLBC group of subsidiaries and affiliates in Canada and the United States.
